Prices are given in Swiss Francs.
Charges to credit cards are made either in Swiss Francs or at the relevant currency exchange rates of the customers credit card provider. Consequently, variations to the above listed alternative currencies are possible.
Our store is not subject to the value added tax obligation.

Prices can be changed at any time and without prior notice.
Orders
Orders are accepted exclusively online via www.swiss-memories.ch.
All orders are subject to the present General Terms and Conditions of Business.
Methods of payment
Loosli Swiss Memories only accepts Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
Within Switzerland we accept Postcard as well.
Data protection
The input and transmission of credit card data takes place via an SSL secured Postfinance (www.postfinance.ch) portal. No credit card information will be stored on our computers.
Delivery charges
We deliver only within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Shipping costs for orders below CHF 80.00 are CHF 8.00
No shipping costs for orders over CHF 80.00.
Delivery deadlines
Orders are despatched via SwissPost.
In the case of delays attributable to Loosli Swiss Memories, the customer will be informed via email.
Complaints
Complaints of all kinds can only be taken into consideration when they are submitted in writing within 5 days of receiving the goods.
Damages
Should your goods be delivered with damages or be incomplete, this should immediately be reported to the relevant postal agency. In this event, all packaging materials, including address and order numbers (Label) must be handed over.
Right of return
As a general rule, Loosli Swiss Memories does not accept the return of goods that have been delivered correctly and that are intact upon delivery.
Guarantee
The manufacturers relevant guarantee conditions are valid.

All deliveries made within Switzerland and abroad are exclusively subject to Swiss Law. The place of venue is Zofingen, Switzerland.
