1. Do you sell original products?
Yes, we sell only original products. We have direct contracts with the manufacturers and receive the products directly from them.
2. How about pricing and additional costs?
Customers in Switzerland:
- When you surf the products in our store, all prices are indicated including the Swiss VAT tax of 7.6%
- When you add the products to the shopping cart and the "Delivery Country" is Switzerland, it indicates the Swiss VAT tax and it shows exactly the price you need to pay including the shipping cost with Swiss Post.
Customers from outside Switzerland:
- When you surf the products in our store, all prices are indicated including the Swiss VAT tax of 7.6%
- When you add the products to the shopping cart and the "Delivery Country" is outside Switzerland (France, Germany...), it indicates then the price exclude the Swiss VAT tax.
- Depending of your Country, you also have the choice between "Swiss Post International" and "TNT Express Delivery" as the way of delivery. Depending on your choice, your Country and the weight of the products it indicates the right shipping cost.
- IMPORTANT!! If you receive the products in your Country, you might need to pay the local VAT tax and customs tax of your Country. Under this link you can find import regulations of the most important Countries (See here..)
