Prices given in Swiss Francs are valid as the principal basis for placing an order. Prices in the Webshop are also quoted in the following currencies:
These alternative currencies are updated weekly from current exchange rates.
Charges to credit cards are made either in Swiss Francs or at the relevant currency exchange rates of the customers credit card provider. Consequently, variations to the above listed alternative currencies are possible.
All prices include statutory Value Added Tax.
For consignments abroad, the Swiss Value Added Tax will be subtracted.
Prices can be changed at any time and without prior notice.
Orders are accepted exclusively online via www.swiss-memories.ch.
All orders are subject to the present General Terms and Conditions of Business.
Methods of payment
Loosli Swiss Memories only accepts Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
Within Switzerland we accept Postcard as well.
The input and transmission of credit card data takes place via an SSL secured Saferpay (www.saferpay.ch) portal. No credit card information will be stored on our computers.
Within Switzerland, deliveries can be made either as Economy or Priority packages. Delivery prices are based on package weights and are appropriately displayed.
Deliveries abroad are made using either Priority letter mail, Priority package mail or TNT Express. Delivery prices are based on package weights and are appropriately displayed.
With deliveries made abroad, additional costs may be incurred, in particular in relation to customs charges and import taxes of the relevant country of destination. These additional costs are not charged in our price and are added on by the relevant authority in the country of destination.

In the case of delays attributable to Loosli Swiss Memories, the customer will be informed via email.
Complaints of all kinds can only be taken into consideration when they are submitted in writing within 5 days of receiving the goods.
Should your goods be delivered with damages or be incomplete, this should immediately be reported to the relevant postal agency. In this event, all packaging materials, including address and order numbers (Label) must be handed over.
Right of return
As a general rule, Loosli Swiss Memories does not accept the return of goods that have been delivered correctly and that are intact upon delivery.
The manufacturers relevant guarantee conditions are valid.
